A graduate of Little Falls, Cathy continued her studies first at Herkimer Community College, then at Western Governor’s University; obtain an associate in business and a bachelor’s degree in accounting. After graduating from LFHS she went to work at Herkimer County Trust and over the next 11-12 years held various positions at the bank, culminating in her appointment as M&T Branch Manager in Little Falls.
During this time, she acquired her licenses for insurance and investments. After leaving M&T, Cathy worked for several local investment firms and continued her financial studies; obtain their CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ designation as well as their registered agent certification through the Internal Revenue Service. As a Trustee, Cathy acts in the best interest of her client and is diligent in making recommendations.
Cathy is looking to grow her business, while retaining that hometown feel. As she says, “I want my clients to always feel that I have time for them and that I am giving them the attention they deserve. While many of us may think that we only need a financial advisor if we have a lot of money to invest, Cathy assures us, “We absolutely don’t. Part of working with me is helping you find the path to secure your financial future so that you are in a good position; so you know where you will be in the next 10 to 15 to 20 years.
